ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS

All equipment is sold “As IS” without warranty either expressed or implied. All sales are final.
No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Purchasers are responsible for making pick up arrangements with the seller (owner of machine) within 14 days. Items not removed within 14 days will be subject to a $25 per day storage fee unless other arrangements are made. If items are not picked up with 3 months of the auction date, the seller (original owner of machine) will retain ownership.

Loading is at the responsibility of the buyer.

**Payments are required via Wire, ACH Transfer, Cash or Credit Card (4% convenience fee will apply). NO personal checks will be accepted. in U.S. Dollars and paid in full within 3 business days of auction close. No pick up is allowed until payment is made. PAYMENT BY WIRE IS REQUIRED ON ANY AMOUNT OVER $5,000.00. Items under $5,000.00 paid by ACH Transfer require 1 full business day to process. NO EXCEPTIONS. Credit card will be accepted as instant payment ONLY on items less than $5000.00.

**A 4% fee will apply for all credit cards. Wire transfer fee of $15 will be added to all wires. International wire transfers will be subject to a $50 wire fee.

All payments made, including down payments & credit card payments, are non-refundable.

NEBRASKA RESIDENTS: Nebraska SALES TAX of 5.5% will be applied to all purchases that are not tax-exempt. If you have no business interest in Nebraska or are from another state/country, no sales tax applies.

NON-NEBRASKA RESIDENTS: South Dakota & Pennsylvania residents will be charged sales tax for your respective locations. (This is due to the remote seller sales tax laws for these states)

Trucks and trailers with title and license will be supplied a Bill of Sale and tax and license requirements will be subject to the rules in the State of the purchaser. Allow up to 30 days for titles to be issued.

An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with “Auction Time” after the sale concludes. If you are the successful bidder, please wait for the emailed invoice. If you do not receive within 24 hours, give us a call.

We encourage your inspection of the property prior to bidding. Auctioneer and/or seller assume no liability or omissions in this listing. Listings are subject to change, corrected, or updated at any time, without notice.
