    Rock Systems Model 501-3640 - 36” x 40’ Stackable Conveyor Rock Systems 36” wide x 40’ long Stackable Conveyor, Model 501-3640, complete as follows: a) Head terminal includes Weg 10 h.p. TEFC electric motor; Dodge TXT3 shaft mount speed reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and OSHA approved drive guard; Dodge 14” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 2-3/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting with Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; head pulley nip guards. b) Tail terminal includes Dodge 12” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 1-15/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting with Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; OSHA approved tail terminal guard. c) Standard 5’ long receiving hopper with skirtboards, rubber flashing and bolt-on wing attachments. d) Stackable conveyor frame constructed of 8” channel iron with 2” square tube reinforcement making a rigid framework which is easily stacked for hauling. e) Conveyor belting, 2 ply, with 3/16” top rubber cover and 1/16” bottom rubber cover; Flexco 140 mechanical belt splice. f) Conveyor troughing idlers, CEMA “C”, 35o deep trough, with 5” diameter rolls mounted on 4’ centers; troughing idlers CEMA “C”, 20o deep trough, with 5” diameter rolls mounted on close centers at load point; return idlers CEMA “C” with 5” diameter rolls mounted on 10’ centers. g) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding.
