-ALL ITEMS SOLD “AS IS, WHERE IS” WITH NO WARRANTY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE IS NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY GOODS OFFERED IN THIS SALE. **NO RESERVE AUCTION** ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. THE ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC FOR INSPECTION PRIOR TO THE START OF THE AUCTION CLOSING. PLEASE INSPECT BEFORE YOU BID AND BUY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO VIEW AND OPERATE ANY EQUIPMENT PLEASE CALL AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT.

This is an absolute no reserve auction. We will not sell the equipment early for any reason or dollar amount. We provide detailed specifications, condition reports, detailed pictures, and video’s to further educate your buying decision. We do our best to accurately describe all of our products. Please call if you wish to verify details of the items description. By bidding on our items in the auction, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

SETTLEMENT:
-WIRE TRANSFER \ CERTIFIED FUNDS
-ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITH IN 5 DAYS OF AUCTION END, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS
-ALL ALABAMA 2.75 % SALES TAX LAWS APPLIES

SHIPPING:
-ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
-We have loading docks and Forklifts to assist in loading, But we are not responsible for driving equipment onto trailers.

Equipment Removal:
-All equipment must be removed from our location no later than 60 days from auction close. Storage fees of 75.00 dollars per day will be charged. Equipment will not be released until storage fees have been paid in full.
