EDM 1500 HP Track Mounted Heli Portable Drill Rig (POA) (sale-ehub3699)

Hours: 22,000 (Serviced every 250 hours & Hydraulics serviced every 1,000 hours)
Engine: 2x Caterpillar CAT C4.4 Tier 3 (140 HP @ 2,200 RPM)
Preventative Maintenance;
- Engine - All Injector sleeves, new Fuel lines fitted rocker cover gaskets replaced / mechanic checked over both engines
- Radiators checked and cleaned out and new one fitted to Engine #1 (another spare in box)
- Electrics - Replace engine harnesses (3) on each engine , Rewire and upgrade wiring battery to engine, overhaul control cabinet electrics, Rewire and replace work lights
- Rod Spinner - New Mount complete, motor, sprocket, chain, new jaws and new jaw carrier assy, hosing, new rams (full rebuild). Same as (UDR/KL)
- Foot Clamps - Complete new assembly (Same as UDR/KL)
Hydraulics overhauled Blocks and replaced quick releases where needed,
Head slides and side shift slides all replaced ( 2 x spare sets still in spares box)
Replaced all High pressure Hydraulic hosing and re-hosed running hoses on and to the mast
Archimedes assemble overhauled and bearings replaced on wireline needed (same as UDR KL)
- Fitted New Wireline 1,000 mtrs
- New Deck fitted to mast base (jump stand)
- There are Spare Hydraulic motors on hand
- New Hydraulic Turbo Pumps (submersible mud mixing and supply new x 3)
- New Hydraulic Motor on Mud Mixer
