    2018 Bauer BE550 desander/desilting system with GS 500 V scalping unit at 500 m3/hr (132,086 gal/hr) capacity, two (2) BE 275-60 desanders at 275 m3/hr (72,647 gal/hr) capacity, two (2) BDS 125-20 desilters at 125 m3/hr (33,022 gal/hr) capacity, two (2) BP 125 pump units at 125 m3/hr (33,022 gal/hr) capacity, and two (2) ST-H25 slurry tanks at 25 m3 (6,604 gal) nominal volume.  All screens have been replaced with new screens.  The two large cyclones have been replaced.  The two BP 125 pumps were torn down, inspected and the packing replaced.  The two MM 150 pumps were torn down, inspected and the housing, wear plates, shaft sleeve, packing, and impeller replaced.  This BE550 is ready to go to work and is completely assembled in Rancho Cordova, CA for inspection and testing.
