Description
RSL/PM Stone crusher for special built hydraulic Prime Movers with power range between 250 and 300 HP.
Multi-functional machine for grinding asphalt and crushing rock up to 11 inches as well as milling slabs.
It is capable of working depths up to 11 inches.
The side gear transmission allows the rotor to work consistently at a lower RPM while the Radial Hydraulic Motors allow the operator to set the desired speed, making it more versatile.
Hydraulic skids, used for asphalt grinding, allow easy adjustment of the working depth giving a consistent and perfect final product.
The grinding chamber is protected by HARDOX® and is easily replaceable without removing the rotor.
Like all other FAE dedicated Prime Mover heads, it can be custom made based on the carrier that it will be used and the needs of the customer and applications.
Two separate rotors and several styles of teeth are available for the RSL/PM. The latest FAE technology allows the same tooth to be mounted on both rotors.
The standard equipment includes:
• double side gear type transmission,
• hydraulic rear hood,
• hydraulic motors with variable torque.
Options: customized attachment plate, possibility to have the rotor equipped with tooth type G
