Rock Systems Washing, Separating & Screening System for Placer Gold Rock Systems skid mounted washing, separating and screening system to wash and separate large material (up to 24") as well as wash and screen out 1" and 1/4" material to feed customer’s jigs and sluice box complete as follows: 1 each - Skid mounted vibrating grizzly for feeding, scalping and washing complete with heavy duty feed hopper constructed of 1" thick steel plate with reinforcing; 46" wide x 20’ long step deck vibrating grizzly feeder with 30 h.p. electric motor drive, 12’ long solid impact deck and twin 4’ long grizzly sections with adjustable grizzly bars; collecting hopper under the grizzly with flume to screening/washing plant; heavy duty, skid mounted support structure; water manifold with adjustable height spraybar system installed above grizzly sections to wash large rock. 1 each - 5’ wide x 16’ long double deck vibrating screening/washing plant complete with 30 h.p. electric motor drive, self aligning spherical roller bearings, oil bath lubrication, triple shaft mechanism that is easily adjustable for amplitude, stroke and speed, rubber spring mounts, discharge lips with AR liners, 24" feed box with AR liners, huck bolted screen frame, lined cross members, screen cloth retention hardware, 1" square screen cloth panels installed on the top deck, 1/4" screen cloth panels installed on the bottom deck, spraybar wash system for each deck with water manifold, skid mounted support structure, 1200 gallon sump mounted under bottom deck of screen, individual oversize discharge chutes with AR liners, flume box, walkway with handrails on both sides of screen with access ladders.
