    Unit Located in North Carolina Carrier Carbody Bending- and torsion-resistant welded structure of box type construction, fabricated of high-strength fine-grain structural steel. Hydraulic pin connections between crawlers and carbody provide for easy assembly and removal to minimize width and weight with folded outriggers for transportation. Crawlers Side frames: bending-resistant welded structure of high-strength fine-grain structural steel. Track shoes (2000mm wide) and idler tumblers are fabricated of heat-treated high-strength cast steel.15 rollers on each side frame with hardened rolling surfaces. Automatic centralized lubrication is included as standard. Power train The tracks are powered by two hydraulic motor each through closed planetary gear reduction units running in oil bath, equipped with spring-applied hydraulically released holding brakes; the gear units are of extremely compact design to fit within the width of the crawlers. Each crawler is infinitely variable controlled, both independently and in opposite directions. Quadro-Drive as standard. Assembly jacks Four hydraulic jacking cylinders on carbody for easy assembly of crawlers. Superstructure A-frame Hydraulic raising system for A-frame as standard. Frame Torsion-resistant welded structure fabricated of high-strength fine-grain structural steel. Connected to the carrier by a triple-row roller bearing slew ring. Drive Two MTU 6-cylinder in-line, diesel type OM 470 LA, water cooled, 320 kW (435 HP) at 1700 1/min, torque 2100 Nm at 1300 1/min. The engine complies with EUROMOT 4, EPA 4f, and Carb regulations. Pump distribution gearbox with five variable displacement axial piston pumps incl. electronic control system, two gear pumps, engine cover for sound insulation, and Stainless silencer. Fuel Tank 1500l; 2 Ad blue tank 85l Rope drums The standard superstructure equipment includes three rope drums – hoist 1, hoist 2, and boom hoist. The drums are powered by hydraulic motors through closed planetary gear units running in oil bath. All rope drums have spring-applied, hydraulically released multi-disk brakes and non-wearing hydraulic braking for load lowering, drum rotation indicators, and cameras. Hoists H 1 + 2 are removable to minimize weight for transportation. Slew units Powered by four hydraulic motors through a closed, planetary gear unit running in an oil bath. Spring-applied, hydraulically released holding brake and non-wearing hydraulic braking. Control system Terex IC-1: Electronic proportional valve pilot control integrated in stored-program control system incl. diagnostic system. Two monitors with color displays, and load moment indicator operated via a touch screen. Working speeds infinity variable controlled by the level position. Automatic power control for optimal utilization of engine output; emergency control system. The crane is controlled by joystick levers ergonomically positioned in the crane cab. Working area limitation, ground pressure indication, Diagnosis and troubleshooting, Wireless rigging remote control and Wireless emergency remote control are standard. Cabin Comfortable cab with large windscreen and air conditioner. Safety-glazing all around, roof window, self-contained hot air heater, full instrumentation, and crane controls. Air-cushioned operator seat. The cab can be tilted back for improved operator view of boom point. A camera system is installed to monitor the rope drums. The front window can be open. The dashboard can be adjusted for optimum ergonomics and view. For transportation, the cab swings in front of the superstructure to minimize width. Electrical equipment 24 V DC system (2 x batteries 12 V, 200 Ah). Reeving winch Reeving winch on superstructure as standard. Safety system Electronic load moment indicator, hoist limit switch, limit switch for boom movements, hydraulic boom back-stops, wind anemometer with integrated position light, Emergency control system and radio remote control for assembly, Rotaflare warning light, and working lights.
