The Mahindra companies policy is they will sometimes offer a few tractors like this to other dealers if they are new and more than a year old but without a warranty as to not compete with Mahindra dealers. So this new 2021 tractor can't be re-registered for warranty at Mahindra but it's the same tractor that could have been bought new with a 7-year 3,000 Hour warranty when it was at a dealer.
