Used Metso/Nordberg LT1315, S/N 1570 Weight: Estimated 58,000KG/ 127,000Lbs The machine starts well and engine sounds in good condition. The hours on the machine are unknown. Likely that the engine hour meter is off. To the best of our knowledge, the engine was rebuilt or replaced at one point. Previous user shows maintenance on the rotor was performed in good order and kept in good condition. The hard facing was in good condition and appear to be kept up with. The side liners have some wear. The curtain liners are in decent condition. The machine is a two‐curtain design. The rotor has been hard‐faced and is in good condition. The impactor seems to be in good balance. The crusher recently was used for recycling in asphalt. The distribution gearbox sounds good. This distributes power to the crusher and hydraulic pumps. The machine has been modified to accept a wheel dolly in the rear of the machine for transport. For this to work, the machine has two hydraulic cylinders added to the rear of the machine so the dolly can be attached. A front 5th wheel framework has also been added and two jacks have been added to the front so a dolly(jeep) can be mounted. We do not see any problems with the install of these items. This could affect the weight of the machine, so it could be higher than the machine stated 58K kgs. The magnet belt looks to be in good condition. The magnet operated as expected. The vibrating discharge pan chute operates as expected. Non drive side bearing was replaced in 2019 on the rotor. Suggested parts replacements for proper operation: ‐ Curtain Liners ‐ Grizzly Bars & Sealing Rubber Unit includes spare parts (bearings, wedges, springs, full set of hammers). Does not include Dolly. Sold as is where is with no implied warranty.
