    Description
    Rock Systems Semi-Portable Rip-Rap Plant, Model 407-A to produce 3 products complete as follows: a) Heavy duty feed hopper constructed of 1” thick plate with stiffeners. b) Heavy Duty 14' wide recessed bar static grizzly to mount above the feed hopper; adjustable grizzly bars adjust in 2" increments and have a starting opening at 16"; grizzly bars constructed of 5" square tube with 1/2" wall. c) 46” wide x 20’ long vibrating grizzly feeder complete with 14’ solid pan impact section and 6’ long adjustable grizzly bar section; bolted vibrator assembly with timed eccentric shafts; self-aligning spherical roller bearings; oil bath lubrication; bolt-on abrasion resistant liners; 30 h.p. electric motor; pivoted motor base; drive and driven sheaves; v-belts; OSHA drive guard; heavy duty spring supports and springs. d) Collecting hopper under the grizzly section constructed of 1/2” thick plate with stiffeners and AR liners to bypass the fines to an optional side discharge conveyor. e) Semi-portable steel fabricated support structure with skid frame and plate steel bulkheads on all sides of structure. f) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding. g) Fixed speed electric motor control panels with main disconnect, magnetic starter, solid state overload, control power transformer, start/stop push buttons, NEMA 4 enclosure.
