    Rock Systems RAP Bin Feeder Rock Systems Model 101-30RG RAP bin feeder complete as follows: a. 7’-8" wide x 13’ long hopper opening constructed from 1/4” thick steel plate with square tube reinforcing at the hopper top and angle iron reinforcing at the hopper mid-section and bottom section; self-relieving tapered hopper bottom opening from 16" to 22" to minimize bridging; full length skirtboards with 3/4" x 6" adjustable rubber flashing to prevent leakage between hopper bottom and belt feeder; adjustable discharge gate with hand crank to control material flow from each hopper. b. Adjustable height sloping grizzly with 6” grizzly grid made out of angle iron, flatbar and round stock. c. 30" wide x 15’-4” long belt feeder with fixed speed 7.5 h.p. electric motor, Dodge TAII5215H40 shaft mount speed reducer, v-belt drive and OSHA drive guard; Dodge 12" diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on Dodge 2-15/16" SCM pillow block bearings; Dodge 12" diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on Dodge 2-3/16" SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; OSHA tail terminal guard and side nip guards; CEMA "C" flat belt idlers with 5" diameter rolls mounted on close centers; CEMA "C" return idler; 3 ply vulcanized endless conveyor belting with 3/16" x 1/16" rubber covers. Belt speed setup for 50 fpm. d. Steel fabricated structure constructed of square tubing and 1/2” thick base plates. e. One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow paint for all guarding. Available options include air cannon, bin vibrator, flow switch, liners, belt scraper, safety stop switch with pull cords.
